AWP Installer Training — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the AWP Installer Training app and admin website (the "App"), provided by AWP National, LLC dba Advanced Window Products, 3052 South 460 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 ("AWP", "we"). By signing in, you agree to them.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for AWP employees, subcontracted installers working with AWP, and AWP trainers and administrators whom AWP has given an account. Accounts are personal: do not share your account, sign-in codes or device access.
2. Purpose
The App records training activity — practice repetitions, photo evidence, trainer reviews, skill sign-offs and certifications — so AWP can verify demonstrated installation competency. Certifications are issued by authorized AWP trainers; nobody can approve or certify their own work.
3. Text messages
When you request a sign-in code, you agree to receive a one-time text message containing that code at the mobile number you entered. One message is sent per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and START to opt back in; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not send marketing messages.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Photos must show your own work on the job or training station you select, and must not intentionally include people's faces, homeowners' personal information or anything unrelated to the work. AWP may use the records and photos for training, verification, quality and certification purposes. Records are kept as permanent training history; they are corrected by adding new entries, not by deleting old ones.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent who performed work, submit another person's work as your own, tamper with the App, or try to access records you are not permitted to see. AWP may suspend or end access, and may suspend or revoke a certification, in line with its training procedures.
6. Availability and changes
The App is provided for AWP's internal training purposes and may change or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
